Derek Showerman is a seasoned executive and former Salesforce Consultant with over two decades of experience in marketing, sales, and digital transformation.
As the founder of VTNH Consulting Partners, he has successfully led strategic initiatives to drive growth and innovation across various Fortune 500 organizations and start-ups. Throughout his career, he has exceeded revenue targets, optimized business processes, and delivered innovative solutions to meet client and company objectives.
His core expertise lies in strategic marketing, digital transformation, artificial intelligence (AI), corporate development, CRM, Community, and digital transformation. Derek is adept at leading cross-functional teams, presenting to boards and investors, and leveraging modern technology to achieve revenue goals and realize operational savings. With a strong focus on driving results and improving operational efficiency, he is committed to delivering excellence in every client engagement.

Mark Wallace is the Founder and CEO of Justellus, a firm specializing in fractional sales leadership and business growth strategies for B2B SaaS and service companies.
